My name is Sanja and I am a photographer with over ten years of experience in the industry. I am based in Sibenik, but due to the nature of my job, I travel a lot, so you can book me in other cities both within and outside of Croatia.

My specialties are wedding, portrait, and family photography. I cultivate a specific and recognizable style that can be described as romantic, documentary, and very relaxed. Although I am very passionate about wedding photography, I also love capturing other joyful life events.

When we talk about photography as an investment, family photography is a lifelong investment. It will never be used up nor fade over time. It's a perfect idea for creating special memories, bringing loved ones together in one place, and is the most original as a surprise.

I have prepared two of the most requested packages for the city of Sibenik which can be customized according to your wishes. If you need photography services for other important events, leave me an email with all the necessary information. FAQ

What should I wear for the photo shoot?

For family photo shoots, it is best to wear light-colored clothing or simple earthy tones to ensure the photos are relaxed and in harmony with the background.

How long is the wait for the photos from the photo session?

From 1-4 weeks, depending on the desired service package.

Can I get all the raw, unedited photos?

No. The photos you receive are carefully selected and edited in a specific way that distinguishes my work. Every photographer has a different style of photography and editing, so if you are unsure whether I suit your needs, take a look at the works of other photographers and don't rush your decision. These are, after all, photos that will last a lifetime.

What if there is bad weather, illness, or the inability to attend the session?

No problem at all, the session can be rescheduled without any additional charge. I trust my clients, and this can happen to me as well, so there's no need to panic. If everything goes wrong that day and you don't feel well, it's better to call and postpone your session than to proceed without enthusiasm and energy.

Can you reduce/enlarge a part of the body, and what exactly do you edit?

I make minor corrections, but only at YOUR request, which will not drastically change the person but can bring joy. I can do such editing on 1-5 desired photos, while I do not make major changes. The photos I deliver are otherwise without any skin retouching to keep them as authentic and timeless as possible. If the person has pimples, I advise applying concealer or powder to critical areas of the skin (if it would bother them later in the photos).

NOTES

From 01.07.2017, the business “Sanja Lydia” operates exclusively with transaction accounts. What does this mean for you? When the price and date of the photo shoot are agreed upon, you will receive an invoice for the service, which you are required to pay within one week of the photo shoot. After the payment is confirmed, you will receive the entire ordered package.
